@Syed Ali yo I struggled and gave this a good thought too when reading Alex’s book -remember a guarantee can be as simple as, if at the end of all this you feel you’re not getting x$ worth of work from our end just say the word and I’ll make sure we stop and refund you cuz I don’t want any of my clients to feel that they’re not getting any value out of working with us. A guarantee should serve as a way to rebuild trust that may have been lost through out the conversation
