I am curious: What do you folks use for building? What programming language? What framework (if you use one)? Where do you deploy? What's great and what is still too painful?

Hi guys. Im a web dev from the states. It’s my first time venturing into indie hacking. My dream is just to make enough to cover costs so I can quit my job. I’m working on my first project (it’s like going to be a fancy time tracking app) so far and I don’t expect much from it financially, just to learn.
