Download your designs from Canva with 300 DPI
Just wanted to share how I download my designs from Canva with 300 DPI. When downloading my image, I save it as PNG with a maximum Size of 3.125. After that I always open the PNG file in Paint (on PC) and go File - Image Properties to check the resolution. If the PNG file is too big (more than 20 MB for Etsy), I resize it in Paint (Resize and Skew button) by reducing the Pixels untill my file is 20 MB or less. This does not change the DPI. So all my designs are 300 DPI or more, because that's what I promise my customers. Same trick can be used if you are using Kittl and the AI upscaled image is too big. You can reduce your design's size in Paint without loosing the 300 DPI resolution before uploading to Etsy. Happy designing!

Signing up for paid community - advice
Hello dears, I would like to sign up one of the communities, I have watched Bailey's video, I think the Sales club is more a fit for me as I want to drive sales Etsy and right now I have only a POD shop with 0 to no success. At the same time I would also like to learn how to design with AI but I want to use current shop to scale as a Hybrid shop. Right now I have ornaments and Glass Jars and I will add baby onesies, would you put also here digital files like tshirt designs and cliparts?

Hello, Agnes. Hybrid shops exist and only you decide what kind of business you are building. I personally opened a separate digital designs store because I am targeting a different type of customers, so my strategies will be different than for a POD store.

Mug sizing problem
Hey there! I hope everyone is doing well :) I've been encountering an issue with my 11oz and 15oz mug wraps in the sense that if I make them in inches in Photoshop, the size in pixels does not match the recommended one. For example, normally a 15oz mug should measure 8.75 in by 4.25 in and in pixels 2790 by 1219 px. But when I make it in Photoshop in inches (the exact size of 8.75 by 4.25), the pixel size is 2625 by 1275. It's literally driving me crazy! The only thing I care about is the end user receiving the right size, so what in the world am I doing wrong?... 😵‍💫

Christina, there is no universal template for 11 oz and 15 oz mugs. If you look at various print providers on Printify they all provide different print area sizes depending on the printing equipment they are using. You could look at several of them and decide what dimensions you are going to use for your designs.

Christina, making them in general size you see others do, could be a good idea. As a unique offer, you could sell same design in several sizes to stand out on the platform.
Questions about the paid community
Hello Everyone, I am new to this group and new to digital products. In fact I haven’t created any digital products to sell yet, but after watching one of Bailey’s videos I yesterday, I am so i intrigued and can’t wait to get started! I just opened a POD store on Etsytwo weeks and have been on.a steep learning curve…though I still haven’t figured out how I actually get paid, like who gives me the money…anyway, I digress…. Bailey's videos are very informative so I was wondering what the benefits of joining the membership community? Also, if she is sharing the prompts she uses, isn’t everyone going to be creating the same images? What other things have you learned? Thanks for your help :)

Hi Sonya. Thank you for sharing. About getting paid: when a customer orders from your store, they are paying via Etsy payment system and Etsy automatically deducts all applicable fees and sales taxes and gives you the Net Profit you have made. Please note that you still need to pay income tax based on the regulations of your country. You can see all the financial information in your Payment Account page in your Etsy store. Make sure to verify your bank account so Etsy can transfer your funds to you. You can request your funds immediately or set them to be transferred every 1-2 weeks. About AI prompts: I decided to join this community because I do struggle with writing prompts and allocating time for my marketing research. Bailey is providing information about low competition products and niches as well as prompts to create illustrations for them. The prompts can be changed to you preferences (color pallet, main subject, background) and the AI tools you are using. This way your images will be unique. Good luck on your journey!

Sonya, I have joined this week and have been watching the course videos for now. I am planning to start using Bailey's design suggestions next week. So cannot share any data yet.
Heyyy! Digital product newbie here.
I’ve had a handmade / POD Etsy shop for a couple years now, and have recently listed my first digital product. I just got my first sale on it and it was such an incredible feeling knowing I didn’t have to have to make or ship anything with that cha-ching!! I have learned so much from Bailey’s YouTube channel that I’ve been diving head first into digital products! Just joined the DFY club too. So excited to learn more and chat with all y’all.
