Italian
Went out to get some food local today and thought I would try to take nice pictures of it before eating. I think they're not horrible but could be better, anyone have any ideas or tips?

French toast sammiches
I don't know about yall but I have a bunch of food fixations. Atm its french toast cause eggs are cheaper than fish and lamb per meal. Tonight I made French toast sammiches with lamb and cheese. Was good but lamb was a little dry

@Katt Dowton do you also do a sweet French toast ? I have tried with pomegranate syrup drizzled over the top but I am not sure if I am meant to put something sweet in the egg mix ?

We should have a toastie day !!
I challenge you....!
To find one new place to try or to try something out of your regular order you get somewhere you know. Heard good things about a place and unsure? This is the little push you need to give it a go. That other thing on the menu that gives you pause before you order your favourite... try it this time. You may have a new favourite.

I Met the amazing Adam Liaw yesterday and watched him whip up perfect pancakes ,my takeaway tips no oil or butter in pan use a non stick pan the 2nd take away tip was always heat your pan to the heat it needs to be then add the oil I never knew that I have always added oil to the cold pan

Sous-Vide
Has anyone else gotten into sous-vide or tried it for themselves? This was awhile ago I did these steaks but they were some of the best ones I've had. Even without the proper crust on the outside (sorry chefs). Was simple and not time consuming while I made other things it did its work in the background. Is it a technique you'd like to try? If so what's stopping you?
