Just having some thoughts, I'm a new agency owner/marketing student. My niche is real estate I have been using cold dm's as my out reach method and have had a few conversations so far with realtors just getting to understand there paint points/ goals and to understand my niche better. What I am thinking is about GHL and its services, I know Adam said to focus on lead gen services. So the missed call text back, web chat, google business chat, etc... These are all things within GHL correct? I'm trying to create a offer to land a few clients to get the ball rolling. Does this make sense to someone using GHL or with more experience than me. My plan is to offer the realtors I have been able to chat with 50% off So I would be pitching them 250$ for their first month in which I will use to get the basic plan for GHL and then provide them with the services mentioned prior and there own CRM page (correct) Once i get 2 or 3 and some testimonials than I will stop the 50% off. Another thing is once you do those services how does that carry over for next month. If you use GHL to do missed call text back, web chat, etc... what happens month 2 when youve already used those methods. I guess my question is does my offer make sense doing it like that? Getting someone to pay 250 than registering for GHL basic to start is around 150 than I can implement those services. Once I have GHL I have the services I need and can raise my price.
