Hey Guys, I wanted to have you guys gain a little bit more insight on who I am, and my goals for you! So for starters.. I want you guys to WIN above everything else! Secondly I want to create a really good training system where you guys automatically stand out from the rest. Take you from being a good sales rep to a outstanding rep. But how do I plan on doing this. 1. I want your feedback, if you see where we can improve let me know 2. I really want to teach you guys to put the lead FIRST ( I genuinely believe sales is changing and with it changing people who were taught sales traditionally will slowly start to fade out) 3. I want to teach you that sales is JUST a conversation and to get you away from script selling. A lot of reps who are trained with a script don't know how to sell off script... thats where I want to make you guys succeed and go to framework selling. (it allows you to be more present in the conversation and eventually to be able to sell everything and anything) *reps who only know how to sell on script ONLY know how to sell that type of product or service. 4. Lastly I want to teach you on why youre saying what youre saying. Most reps only know the how.
