Phase 1 Takeaways:
Great section that touches upon the mindset that we need to succeed. It's easy to be lazy and average but to get to our financial and personal goals, we have to put the work in. Sales is not passive - you must actively listen and problem solve. There are also a lot of parts to a call but breaking it down and mastering each one will be key.

🔑 DM/SMS Setting: outreach to a warm lead via message (inbound or outbound). It’s your job to get them on the calendar within 3-5 messages. Objectives: goals, current situation & why they haven't been able to achieve their goals on their own, and potential financial qualifier. 🔑 DO: - communicate as the influencer in replication of their content. - Keep convos short & sweet.  - Read what they say  🔑 DONT: - Be too salesy  - Ask meaningless questions  - Automatically financially qualify  🔑 Zig Zag Method Goals -> (Goals) + Current -> (Current) + Work -> (Work+Current - - > (Currently Making + Goal income) - - > Goals *Note to self: Slow down and don’t assume you know the reason why location freedom for example would be important to someone. Get specific.

Off topic but on topic at the same time
I dont know about the whole group but I know a few people who love to work as much as I do! If I could have it my way it would be 6-7 days a week, 12-15 hours a day, but personally for me I will get burnt out and productivity per unit of time will drop by min 30% So I want to get to know my fam a little bit better, what Is it you like to do outside of sales and outside of work? For me the gym is my second home, a place I know I can go and get anything out of my system that needs to be uprooted! One thing I haven't really put a lot of attention into that I have a deep passion for is writing. Writing and getting anything from my mind onto paper/doc It has helped me in the best times and worst times, whether it be uploading to my blog or just writing content for Twitter or X whatever it is!! So don't let your passions outside of sales die off if you get swamped with work, sales is about the development of yourself as well!!! So develop what you are passionate about and develop your time management to fit your passions in😂 What are some things you guys & gals like to do outside of sales?

Here's a summary of what I learned so far 1 be organized and structured plan nite before all the things u gotta do to execute next day plan each hour even mental breaks. Plan workouts, follow ups, errands, and even time to seat down and review mistakes and improvement. Start my day with a win and end with a win. Fundamental of sales 💪🏻 Always be ready before a call (look clean, have your notes ready etc) Always listen more than u speak Pay details attention and feel for em, im here to help em. How im in a call es exactamente how im outside Flow with the convo, don’t stress out, just listen em they are people just like you Inner work I think Maddie means work on my insecurities Tips 🎯 Watch a good call! Know your offer very well and have conviction is fire Study and practice! show confidence Roleplay until u die Phase 1 Setting Mastery What the heck is setting? Setting is the process of outreach either inbound or outbound where u are getting leads back on the calendr. Key responsibilities of setter include: - Prospecting new leads - Cold calling and emailing potential customers - Qualifying leads based on criteria like budget, authority, need, and timing. - Setting appointments Outreach for setting COLD N WARM OUTBOUND 🙃 COLD doesn’t know who u are - take the lead inform them who u are and what u do No te conoce ;< 😁 WARM TAKE A LEAD WHO HAS OPTED INTO YOUR SALES FUNNEL / RECEIVED A FREE RESOURCES FROM THE CONTENT CREATOR. Si te conoce ;> Selling morally Don’t get attached FROM the money. These are people who has problems. And you are here to be a problem solver. Also if u know ur product won’t help em. Don’t pitch em Mindset is go the extra mile, staying humble, never stop learning, be always grateful and be patient . It won’t be easy just keep grinding. There’s gonna be mental battles so be ready for it but don’t drown is part of life. It is just a convo, convo, convo Ego is for losers, how u do everything is how u do EVERYTHING know why are u doin this know ur why.
