This Q4 sprint energy hits different, doesn't it? I was reviewing my pipeline this morning and got thinking about all the unique challenges this time of year brings. End-of-year budgets. While they're planning for next year, we're closing THIS year strong. Now that I have some more clarity on out reach I am going to work everyday do move 1% closer to finally put my setting skills to the test and hop on an offer. I'm going to do this by continuing mocks and joining our calls thought the week but also beginning outreach!
11/7/24 Sales lab
Pretty interesting call today! Here's what I'm taking from it for those who weren't there and if you were let me know your thoughts! Sticking points are not necessarily deep pain points but can be an past experience or emotion that is instead of motivating one to move forward is actually holding them back from moving forward! I.e. Prospect on a closing call is hesitant to move forward with said program. When you notice some alteration in behavior 9 times out of 10 there's a sticking point there and it can be being burned in the past, failing, etc. Once noted you want to validate, support, and let the prospect speak and open themselves up as long as they feel comfortable to when you invite them to. Once done you can then reframe emotionally by trying to move the prospects perspective. An amazing example Dylan used would be to ask a prospect "By being scared to achieve your goals and trying something else due to one bad coach; who we know wasn't great, wouldn't you only be giving him power over your dreams instead of yourself?" Then with that your able to push the prospect over the line quicker with emotions! Great call Dylan!
