After a roller coaster journey that spanned the last couple of years, I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve officially passed my PMP certification on my first try, on 16.08.2024. One of the key strategies that helped me along the way was applying Value Stream Mapping to avoid falling into the traps of Parkinson's Law and Student Syndrome.
