βš”οΈβœοΈThese 5 laws will *Instantly* make you a better writerβœοΈβš”οΈ
I used to spend hours on every piece. Only to result in… Nothing. It was so frustrating I felt like punching my screen a thousand times. So I spent the past year solely focused on writing. β€’ 1k+ words daily β€’ Writing just for training (not publishing) β€’ Implemented $4000+ of coaches and courses (Still am) By the time you finish reading this piece, you will know what to implement into your writing to make it easier to read, more enjoyable, and less time-consuming. Let's dive in: β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”βŒβ€’ββ”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β” /1/ Bullet lists People are attracted to bullet points. Why? β€’ They tell a story β€’ They are skimmable β€’ They look easy to read β€’ They break the pattern People will often want to read the entire β€œlist” as they don’t want to miss any important point. This tip also goes for the entire structure (like this post) β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”βŒβ€’ββ”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β” /2/ Starting short and concise Capture attention with short and concise punchy statements Then once they are hooked - lead them into the sauce. Give them the real juice. Show them why reading was the right decision. Focus on getting them to read the first few sentences. Then make the next sentences want them to read the next. But whatever you do, always start short and punchy, THEN give the logical statements. β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”βŒβ€’ββ”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β” /3/ Break apart sentences Nobody wants to read a big block of text. It’s uneasy to the eye and really isn’t appealing. Yet so many people do this. DO YOU NOT SEE HOW BAD THIS LOOKS?! I mean… Who would want to read this?! This is what I call β€œUn-attractive Writing”. β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”βŒβ€’ββ”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β”β” /4/ Use dashes, parentheses, and speech thingies Cut up your writing to make it more effective and give it a sense of β€” Freshness β€” ━━━━━━━ Dashes Instead of using a comma - use a dash. This creates a sense of [pause] for the reader. ━━━━━━━ Parentheses Using parentheses makes it easier to read (without them - this sentence would be way too long) Plus this makes the reader read in a different voice.

@Euan Spencer I am down, up and backflipping. We can talk about it as I messed my schedule (I am going to kill the head of my hospital and blame him for my mistakes because that is what good people do)
Do you know how to progress forward correctly?
We don't know how to progress forward. A friend of mine wanted to treat his hip pain so as all doctors do they ask you questions to learn more about it. I wanted to know how it did happen but I wish I did not because it made me laugh. He got injured not because of squatting but rather because he made the same mistake over and over again and did not seek help. His form was not that good, he needed an expert eye and not a Youtube video to correct his mistake. That made me think about the many people who need help but don't believe in its importance because they can progress alone. Learning from mistakes is a success. Those who struggle to learn from mistakes also struggle to prevent the same mistakes from occurring repeatedly. How can you progress without making the same mistake? Simple You have a system for progressing, and thankfully science did the heaving lifting for us. It is called Kolb's cycle of learning. 1. Experience 2. Reflection 3. Abstraction 4. Experimentation The Experience is all because how come you will make a judgment on something without even having Data about it. The Experience is the data. That simple. - Don't make the same mistake over and over again. - Each problem you want to solve will take several Kolb's cycles. - Focus on the Experience.

A naΓ―ve introduction
Hello everyone, My name is Abdel, I am a physician who is interested in the psychiatric side of neuroscience mainly the science of addiction, and a content creator on X. Known Euan before and happy to see him making something great like this. Wanted to use my real skill here, a skill that I practiced in real life which is to talk to people and help them solve their problems and addictions. The main one that I'd love to focus on is productivity, everyone is addicted to doing almost nothing (I have been at some point). Looking forward to connecting with all 220 members here if possible :) PS: I have a chicken farm if you guys want to get some chickens haha
