Taking Action
Mario Forleo, the author of "Everything is Figureoutable" once said, "Here's the thing: when it comes to confidence and taking courageous action, so much of that is going to have to come from what you believe you should do, through being able to hear and distinguish your heart's call, how your intuition's speaking to you, that small voice inside that says, 'You know what? Pick up the phone and make that call,' or 'This is the next action to take.'" When I started Gator, I had never been in real estate and watching all the Zooms was overwhelming. For months all I did was consume, consume, and consume. But, I realized that I just needed to start doing the thing! When I made my first phone call to an agent and seller, my heart was in my throat the whole time! Afterwards, I told my husband about the phone call and how scared I had been, to which he responded, "Babe, they don't know what you don't know." Wow, what a game changer that statement was to me! I hope this helps everyone in this community, as well.

I'm looking into distressed light industrial/flexspace that ca be bought for 30-40% of est value, then (value add) and get tenant w/triple net lease. Although I've never owned MF/or commercial I don't want the added headache of something that always needs to be fixed monthly and rotating tenants etc. ..just my thoughts..please lmk if my thought process is incorrect..as I'm new
