Is it possible to set up a screener in TradingView that finds Buys and Sells based on Shamoo and notifies us when they occur?

For the indicator we reviewed yesterday, I'm curious about a couple of tickers I put in that showed either a buy/sell indicator and then the trend went the other direction. MRNA, KO and HD - all big names - have indicators in my chart that show to do one thing but the chart moves the opposite way. Am I looking at something wrong?

Received 2 different links & accounts for 2 different sites and each has a course-the first one is in this group on Skool found in the Classroom section here; the other is found on a different website “deals.getmore subscriptions.com” and it has a full course in there with a similar title. Why the two different sites? And which course or steps should I begin with? Thanks for the help!
