Hi Guys, Just a bit about myself, Married, kids grown up, working as a Drinks Technician in Brighton. Looking for ways to start a routine and sticking to it, reading, exercising, etc. Any advice, glad of the help.
Hi Jessy, sorry for the late reply. I find myself getting in from work and sitting on social media for about an hour. So I changed that. I got in and just went for a 30 min walk, felt so much better. Then read a few chapters of a book. It’s a small change but one I’ve done every day. Thanks
