1. Go on ChatGPT and ask it to give you a list of companies in the niche and industry you’re interested in. - For example, you could ask: “Give me a list of 10 companies in the SaaS industry that focus on video outreach.” 2. Get that list and check if any of the companies are hiring for the role you're looking for. 3. If they are hiring, go on LinkedIn and identify their Sales Director and Business Development Manager. 4. Connect with them on LinkedIn – no need to send a note with the connection request. 5. Once connected, send them a 60-second video using the LinkedIn app since they don’t need to click a link when it’s filmed in the app. This includes: - Why you’re a good fit for the role…skills,ability,proof - A call-to-action (CTA) like "Open to learning more? 6. Send the same video to their email. 7. Use **Clay** to scrape their email and phone number. 8. Send the email the same day you send the LinkedIn video. 9. Call them the next morning, using your email as the reason for your outreach. 10. If you’ve never cold-called before, start practicing using **Hyperbound** to improve your cold-calling skills. This will help you skip the line and standout from 100’s of other applicants. Coming from a person who transitioned into the tech industry when lay-offs were at their peak ;)

Hey everyone! The business highlight of my weekend was landing two new clients from top law firms on Sunday. I’m very excited to help them become high performers in their fitness like they are in their careers! On the personal side, I went to Palm Springs where about a dozen friends flew in, and we partied from Friday until Monday—some of whom I hadn’t seen in over 6 years!

@Sebastian Gil Here's a system I developed for LinkedIn social selling. I'm not sure what your main KPIs are, but as @Melissa Gaglione suggested, tracking them would be beneficial. In several masterminds, I've noticed your concern is common. Integrating a new habit takes time—initially, it may take three times longer than expected, but efficiency improves over time. Her habit tracking sheet or the site I'm using called Alysio could be helpful. What are your current goals?

@Sebastian Gil As you can see, each day is a mix of different activities. To be efficient, I'll have two-hour blocks focused on one skill. For example, one two-hour block will be for revenue-generating activities. Another two-hour block will be for marketing activities. Another two-hour block will be for creative activities. This helps me create momentum as opposed to jumping from task to task. It may be worth looking at James Clear's book, Atomic Habits, and exploring 'Keystone Habits. @Melissa Gaglione anything you'd add?
