The outside world doesn't get to dictate the size of your dream.
What if I told you that the mountain you see in front of youโ€”the one you believe is blocking your pathโ€”isnโ€™t actually real? Itโ€™s not solid, immovable, or even permanent. Itโ€™s a mirage, built brick by brick from your own perceptions of "too hard," "not now," and "maybe someday." But hereโ€™s the thing: you didnโ€™t come this far to play small. Visionary leader, let me ask you this: When did you decide that the outside world gets to dictate the size of your dream? Was it when someone doubted your vision? When the numbers didnโ€™t add up the way you hoped? Or maybe when you bought into the myth that a high level of compassionate service and success canโ€™t coexist? Itโ€™s time to get indignantโ€”not at the challenges, but at the belief that they hold power over you. The story that says โ€œI canโ€™t build a prosperous, thriving business and make an impact because of this, that, or the otherโ€ is not your story. Itโ€™s a distraction, a comfortable excuse wrapped in the illusion of logic. True leaders donโ€™t wait for permission, conditions, or circumstances to line up perfectly. They look at the chaos, the doubt, the uphill battle, and say, โ€œWatch me rise anyway.โ€ Hereโ€™s the truth: The challenges youโ€™re facing arenโ€™t a verdictโ€”theyโ€™re a mirror. Theyโ€™re asking, โ€œHow badly do you want this? How deeply do you believe in your ability to create what doesnโ€™t yet exist?โ€ The world needs your vision, your courage, your willingness to dream bigger than the status quo, now more than ever. So, hereโ€™s your invitation: Get audacious. Get fiery. Get unflinchingly stubborn in your pursuit of building a business that not only prospers but serves others deeply. The challenges will come, yes, but so will your grit, your ingenuity, and your ability to transcend them. Youโ€™re not here to fit into a mold, to play by the rules of a game you didnโ€™t design. Youโ€™re here to rewrite the rules, to pave a path for others, to show the world whatโ€™s possible when purpose meets prosperity. The question isnโ€™t whether the world will let youโ€”itโ€™s whether youโ€™ll let yourself.

โ€œI donโ€™t even know who I am anymore.โ€
โ€œI donโ€™t even know who I am anymore.โ€ ๐Ÿ˜ฅ This is a common thought that women over 45 have when theyโ€™ve become empty nesters and begin to enter their Legacy Era. If youโ€™re like me, you spent decades taking care of children. My identity became โ€œMomโ€. ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ Everything I did was scheduled around the childrenโ€™s schedules, wants, and needs. At one point, I had to quit my main job because my daughter was regularly sick. I then worked 3 part-time jobs to bring in enough money to keep us afloat. I delivered newspapers before my (ex)-husband went to work. I did data entry at home. And I babysat a friendโ€™s child. That was in addition to taking care of my 3 kids. Eventually, I returned to working full-time. And then I married my current husband who has 2 kids. So we had 5 kids who were only 6 years apart! ๐Ÿซจ Life was chaotic. I had little time for me. And as time passed, I gave up all of my hobbies. I didnโ€™t even read books anymore. ๐Ÿ˜ฅ My identity was totally wrapped up in my kids and my work. And eventually I started my own business. Now I also was taking care of clients and THEIR needs. It felt like I was ALWAYS working. Chanin and her desires and needs disappeared overall. And if I DID do anything that was just for me (like taking an online college course), I felt guilty. My life was about kids, my husband, and my business (making money.) Iโ€™ll continue the story tomorrow. Iโ€™d love to hear if any of you resonate with this scenario! โฌ‡๏ธ And if you're ready to finally put YOUR needs first after decades of serving others, DM me about The DIVA Path - a 90-day hybrid program designed specifically for women like you โ€” moms who have given so much to their families and are now ready to honor their own dreams. Through transformative energy work and aligned guidance, youโ€™ll remember who the f* you are, gain the clarity to balance your family with your purpose, and start creating a legacy that reflects who YOU are. The doors are open. Will you have the courage to cross the threshold and walk through to your new life?

@Stephanie Peers TRUTH to all of that! I was thinking about that recently. I'll be writing letters of apology to my kids this weekend. My oldest deploys to the MidEast on Thanksgiving and I've been meaning to do this for a year. So I need to get it done. But yeah, they DID choose me on a soul level - so too bad, sucker! ๐Ÿคฃ I will send you a DM in a bit! ๐Ÿฅฐ

Here on Skool, visibility doesnโ€™t come from ads or algorithms; it comes from us. Every comment and post boosts your presence, keeping you in sight of the community. This is the โ€œhuman algorithmโ€ โ€“ where we keep each other visible by engaging. When people see you frequently, they remember you, connect with you, and trust grows naturally. Weโ€™re here to make sure every leader in this network has the chance to be seen. Itโ€™s time we all show up for each other and watch visibility become our currency. Who will you make visible today? Simplify Your Skool Group for More Genuine Connections
I know youโ€™ve been showing up consistently, posting in your Skool group, and doing all the things youโ€™re "supposed" to do. But letโ€™s be real. It can feel like youโ€™re climbing a steep hill when youโ€™re not getting the engagement or sales you hoped for. I totally get how that can be exhausting, especially when youโ€™re putting in so much effort! Many of us are stuck in this cycle, wondering why our hard work isnโ€™t paying off. The trick often lies in simplifying what weโ€™re doing and sharpening our focus. When your group feels like you understand their challenges, they connect with YOU personally. It's a connection beyond the content youโ€™re sharing. ๐Ÿ’ก So, instead of filling your classroom with endless content, what if you hosted a monthly live event? This could be a focused space where your audience can experience your expertise firsthand. Itโ€™s all about building that trust and connection that can lead to those higher-ticket sales. This shift could turn your group from just a place for passive content into a vibrant community thatโ€™s excited to see what youโ€™ll do next. Live events can provide a more personal touch, foster a sense of community, and significantly boost engagement and sales. Want to know HOW? Join my free masterclass, Turn Your Skool Group into a High Ticket Sales Machine. Send me a DM or check out this post for the details. So, what do you think? How would it feel to move away from daily posting and lean into something more intentional, like live events? โฌ‡๏ธ

Simplify Your Skool Group for More Genuine Connections

@Theresa Lang I've not noticed that yet. I've got some ideas percolating to gauge what people in my current group WANT from the group. And I'll be purging people soon who don't interact to "purify" the energy.

@Theresa Lang I'll do a poll and maybe a direct email via my email service instead of via Skool. ๐Ÿ˜€
You're posting daily in your group but aren't closing $ales (and you're tired AF)...
Should youโ€ฆ a) double down on content, hoping it finally pays off, or b) stop posting altogether and risk losing engagement? Itโ€™s a tough call when it feels like your group isnโ€™t bringing in the results you want! When youโ€™re running a community or considering starting one, itโ€™s easy to fall into the trap of thinking itโ€™s a choice between โ€œall or nothing.โ€ The REAL dilemma is how to make your group profitable without feeling trapped by constant upkeep. For high-ticket clients, itโ€™s more about meaningful experiences than constant interaction. Imagine hosting just one high-impact monthly event in your Skool group. This way, you provide real value, attract genuine interest, and build connections that naturally convert into sales. Rather than stressing over daily engagement, you can make each month a powerful opportunity for conversion. Whatโ€™s your experience with this "all or nothing" dilemma? Have you thought about focusing on fewer high-impact moments instead?

@Theresa Lang Yes to both options! I'm probably creating a more "mystical" group for women that aligns with my high-ticket offer. And doing at least monthly high-impact events either alone or in collaboration with other awesome peeps. ๐Ÿ˜‰

@Theresa Lang I will likely create the group this weekend after I wrap up a couple other ideas that are in process. And then invite some founding members who I know will jive with the vibe of the group and will interact. ๐Ÿคฉ And I'll likely gamify it so we can get some fun interaction going. I will have locked opportunities in the classroom for paid events and services. As well one free monthly Quantum Shift Circle. It's all coming together in my head. ๐Ÿคฉ
