@Jack H i’m 6”1’ 220lbs. Also I take thyroid. I’ve been working on this for 2 years now. If you put in the work for a long time you too can get to 3500-4000 calories. It depends how bad you want it. I want this so bad and this is why I have it.

@Jack H I take t3 which is the active form of thyroid. T3 is actually used in the production of testosterone. Ray Peat talks about it in his work to heal a bad metabolism and moving from a stressed metabolic rate to a good one.
Test blood work
Anyone know where I can get a good blood test to check my testosterone. A cheap one if possible. Also what toothpaste do ye use??

Get your vitamin d, tsh, prolactin, phosphorus, cholesterol, and rt3 tested. Testosterone can be a cherry on top. That plus heart rate and temperature will give a good idea of how your health is doing and what you can do moving forward. I would recommend doing that first. You can find out a lot about testosterone just in the way you feel and you react to your environment. Get a micronutrient test as well and fix your micronutrients. The main goal to enhance any function in the body comes down to thyroid production. Everything falls back to thyroid.

You don’t need to test your thyroid all you need is temperature and pulse.
Copper
In animals, copper supplementation can restore natural colour to white hair, and in one experiment, it increased longevity. At present, there isn't enough knowledge about the safety of different ways of administering supplemental copper. It can be toxic, and it oxidizes other nutrients. Besides choosing foods high in copper and low in iron and other heavy metals, other dietary choices which support thyroid function will tend to promote the retention of copper. Other dietary practices can minimize our production of cortisol (e.g., combining fruits and proteins, since protein foods lower blood sugar and stimulate the secretion of cortisol).
