@Brianna Jones I didn’t even realize my nighttime digestive madness resolved until you just said that.. before it would keep me up a lot .. all types of weird stomach burning, gases/burping, pains .. or hunger bcuz all day in the cycle not eating & then when finally lay down to sleep my stomach is wide awake & hungry .. 😆 anxiety is quite something

@Gigi Brown thank youuu Sis def the significance of community .. bcuz too many times I’ve ran to the hospital for really bizarre false -life threatening sensations yet each time they say the same thing… so I’m going to pray, breath stretch shake & let it go lol

I went to the supermarket with my daughter & God mother & went to pick up kids from school.. extremely challenging but consistency is key so trying to make a routine despite what I feel

Dear Heavenly Father, we come to during this time of grief & sorrow, Lord we know that even when we don’t understand you always work in miraculous ways & we thank you for the life of Kevin’s Uncle for we know he is no longer struggling with the things of this world, Father I ask that You provide peace that surpasses all understanding for Kevin & His loved ones, I thank you for all you have done & all you will do & in Your precious holy name I pray Amen 🙏🏼
