Hi guys. Lately I’ve been really going through it. So stressed out, so overwhelmed and no energy. I have a one year old and I want to have more energy but sometimes I just want to LAY down and be alone . my anxiety has been so bad , my thoughts race constantly I feel so crazy sometimes. I just really want to know what it’s like to be normal . It’s been this way ever since I was a teenager but it’s just gotten worse since having my daughter. I was working out a few months ago and that still wasn’t helping. I just hope I’m not the only one … just venting here .

So does anyone else deal with anxious feeling in your stomach and head pressure? I want to know what will help for me. I drink AFT and it helps but the anxious feeling I can't get rid of. HELP ME PLEASE 😫

Hey y’all, I feel like I don’t even know when to run to the doctor anymore . Sunday I returned from a weekend retreat .. then felt like I was having a heart attack ! Not something I haven’t felt before but a thousand times more intense .. since then this numbness in my pinky, ring finger & side of hand has been constant 24/7

aloha :) I’m new here! Just wanted to introduce myself! My names Doreen and I’m currently on a healing journey from relapse anxiety and mostly panic attacks! I have had severe anxiety and panic years ago but was actually able to heal myself but I’ve totally forgotten the steps to get there!
