Week of team building

Working my 50hr/wk W2 job, while finishing my work on my unit for my duplex to get it's first (under my management) and new tenant in two weeks. Nothing like painting and carpet cleaning while being on conference calls...gotta love bluetooth handsfree tech!

Successful team building trip
4 coffees 1 happy hour 2 lunches 1 dinner + after dinner drinks 1 property viewing + 1 pending Saturday 1 exploratory call with listing agent 3 properties underwritten โฆall packed into Tuesday and Wednesday. Needless to say Iโm exhausted. But it was fruitful and very rewarding. Momentum building strong and Iโm loving this! Have a good rest of your week everyone!

Great session! Excellent breakdown!
Thursday's session was great! That was an excellent breakdown of the deal and appreciate all of your hard work in doing the analysis in Excel for us and using a 'real' deal!!
