Welcome to the community!
My goal is to give both seasoned and new Real Estate Investors a place where they can learn, grow, and sharpen their skills during the acquisition of their portfolios. Here is what to expect: There is no direct cost to you. It is completely free to join and participate in this community. Participate in the community so others will know how to better help you, and be on the lookout for how you can help others. A great place to start is the Introduce Yourself section. It's okay if you don't know how you are going to grow your portfolio, that's one of the reasons we created this group. You will notice you have a number next to your profile picture, this is your rank. The more you interact with the community, the higher you will level up. I intend to reward participants in the community with access to materials and videos. There is an option for $99, the price of a date night, to gain access to more content. It is COMPLETELY optional and not necessary to be part of this group. If you think we are providing enough value to warrant a thank you, it would be greatly appreciated. Keep in mind this is a monthly recurring fee, but you can easily cancel at any time. This is not how my business makes its money.

The Bricklayer Mentality
I read this tonight and just had to share. How appropriate for what we’re all building. ————————————————————————————— “In 2002, Charlie Rose interviewed Will Smith on his television show. During the interview, he tells a story from his childhood about his father asking him and his little brother to rebuild a 16x30 wall on the front of his shop. The task was understandably daunting for the two boys: "I remember standing back looking at that wall saying, there's gonna be a hole here, forever." But a year and a half of daily work later, they completed the wall. Reflecting on the experience, Will Smith offered a piece of timeless wisdom: "You don't try to build a wall...You don’t start by saying, I’m going to build the biggest, baddest wall that’s ever been built. You say, I’m going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid...you do that every single day, and soon you have a wall." This is a powerful reminder for life: No matter how big the task or project may seem at the start, you just have to lay one brick. The wall may be daunting, but today's brick is all that matters. Extraordinary results are simply the macro result of tens, hundreds, or thousands of tiny daily actions. Remember: Small things become big things. So today and all days, let's lay one brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid...”

Capital Raising - List Method
I did an initial reach out to 16 potential LPs today, had one face to face and walked them thru the financial quadrant. Getting the verbal commitment from him next week. How’s your week going?
