From the point when i first seen a new Neuropathway forming, in that instant, i realized i can reprogram my brain and create new and improved Neuropathways. I realized that I can update my software!! Some My take aways were Bamo, "Good" from Jocko, "Rainbows and crocodiles", "grace and space",

Having the awareness of the STEA process is like having a superpower!!! Your no longer at the mercy of your environment or situation. We create that Space and Respond to the situation versus react!! If we react we are not in control, but rather whatever the situation is, or person. The Stimulus has control, Versus us!
