Hello everyone! I joined this space about a month ago and realized I never made an introduction post. My name is Cilia and I'm a women's sexuality and mother wound healing coach! I've just moved through a sex, love, and relationships coaching certification with Layla Martin and have been taking all of 2024 off of social media and am just heavily leaning on my podcast! My show, Openly Spoken, started in 2021 to talk about the messy middle of business and life transitions. I was sharing the bts messiness of what I was trying out, what was flopping, and all the non-shiny things we don't see on SM and I was inviting in new business owners to do the same. And then the podcast organically over time pivoted into talking about my expertises: mindfulness, self love, sexuality, and relationships. It slowly morphed from having pre-determined questions to being real, raw, and in-the-moment conversations and I love it! Every guest I've had since that transition are people I'm still connected to today because we ACTUALLY CONNECTED I'm here to lean into what's been most uncomfortable for me with podcasting- to be a guest! I was shying away from this for a while since I was very much in the messy-middle of figuring out WTF I'm here to do and who I'm here to serve 😂 (I've pivoted publicly a few times along the way bc I learn by doing- hence the friend's PIVOT gif below!!) Thanks for reading this far & if you're looking for a guest to talk about the below topics, please reach out to me at hey@selfexpressedbabe.com Topics I can chat about: -How adult daughters can heal/find themselves/thrive after discovering they have a mother wound (and anything mother wound related including the sister wound) -Moving away from the "mindset is everything" narrative so that you can come back in touch with your BODY -Inner child healing -Anything about mindfulness and/or embodiment (I taught yoga & meditation classes for 6 years until the lockdown) -How to heal from a breakup // sharing break up stories & insights // healing from co-dependency stories
