Do you also have clutter problems in your gym? (I guess it's in France based on the language) the manager of a weight room found a fun solution so that members don't forget to put their weights away after doing their sets :-) Translation: "Please put your weights away, your mothers don't work here" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

How do you guys deal with tendonitis?
Have developed a bit of tendonitis in my right elbow and am wondering if anyone's got any suggestions how to deal with it - it's hampering my workouts a bit so hoping it goes quickly.
