Hey everyone! 🎉 We’ve officially hit 20 members on DAY ONE of launching our Combat Fitness Community on Skool! I couldn’t be more happy about the momentum we’ve already got going. Over the past few years we had been getting tonnes of requests for a dedicated community, and we finally did it! Now, we’re using Skool to bring together everything from our daily newsletters to mindset, motivation, and nutrition modules – and giving it away for FREE, to give back to our audience. For coaches (or anyone really), this is one way to automate some of your onboarding processes. This seriously freed up SOOOO much of my time!! Yes it take a little time to create it but it saves you hours in the long run. I created a client welcome packet that covers: - all that I need them to do to get started (with a digital checklist) - any documents I want them to access or sign, I have linked within the packet as well. - A timeline of the program/process - What they can expect from me as a coach and what I expect from them (this is so freaking important by the way) - any important extra docs (mine is info about my "add on" habit program) You guys can check it out and copy it if you'd like. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1KwxJ6D9SrYSVNmuBtHXLUkgIWVB9Fv4X/view?usp=sharing @Evelyn Weiss has a brilliant and much simpler way of implementing the same concept. She creates a Google sheet with the steps for the client to click on. I've done it that way as well! I just preferred the packet because my new clients LOVE it for some reason. I have been told over and over that they wish everything they bought came with something like this & they "OMG LOVE HOW PRETTY IT IS TOO" (women 🙄🤣) 😉

I just got the strangest phone call. It was from a teacher wanting to get the program I used to coordinate from my last job. I got fired from that job over a year ago. After a short 5-min phone call . . . This teacher is now going to have me speak to his students about entrepreneurship, and he's joining my community on Skool! Because I put myself out there, my reputation with teachers and students has lasted at that organization. Even after being fired. Even after being gone for over a year.
