My back needs a break today on the v300 however still showing up for myself and my mindset I enjoy being here with everyone and appreciate the support. This challenge has help me in so many ways and I’m going to keep pushing forward every day 👍🏋️ I did have a cold shower today as well.

Some of you may have seen the post about the significance behind this house and watching it come down. yesterday it finally came down and in the ironic moment of me walking past this house my ex decided he needed something from me and ironically met in front of this house. as we parted our ways I felt gratitude and peace. I may have howled at the moon like a wolf internally As the walls crashed down and the house disappeared I'm at peace with that past and it gives me strength to build a better present and future.
