Reminder: most of us don't even realize it, but we are walking around dehydrated much of the time. This is why I put hydration on the list of non-negotiables (you did see that course, right?). This may not be appropriate for everyone, but I encourage us all to at least monitor how much water we drink in a day. How can you tell if you are hydrated enough? Simple: Producing clear urine is a good indication that you're well-hydrated. What do you all think of your current hydration level in a typical day?
