Hi, I am currently 13 days postpartum. I have 3 daughters: 4 year old, 2 year old, & 13 days old. I want to learn how to safely exercise properly after my C-section and learn how to heal and strengthen my core. After my last 2 pregnancies I did not prioritize my pelvic floor health.
