Why I just opened my 4th Skool community today 🤭😱
When I first joined Skool I thought I would have two groups, one for my clients and students (which I opened first) and a 2nd a free community (much like I had had previously on FB). When I started the free community I tried to re-create the magic of my hugely successful FB community that I ran for 6 years (more info on that on my other post here). My FB community had always had three main "themes" 1. 💸 Sales growth related (eg strategies, mindset etc) which is what I teach/my expertise. 2. 🧘♀️ Entrepreneurial wellness (which is something I am passionate about) 3. 😜 Fun and banter (well if you know me you'll know I always bring this wherever I go!) In my FB group it worked really well for 6 years with the group being a mix of my training, fun and frolics and also chats about our health and wellness. But for some reason in my Skool group it didn't work in the same way. 🤷♀️ Something felt different to me and after a few months of testing a few things and still feeling the same, my intuition was telling me that a narrow focus would work better for me on Skool. I never knew the reason why, but the only thing I sensed was that it maybe was as I didn't do my daily lives (as I did in my FB groups for years) the community here on Skool didn't connect with me on all levels as they did on FB. So this is what we did: ✅ Changed the name of the free group and removed anyone who indicated that sales growth was not a priority for them ✅ Opened a new $1 group just for the fun and banter (this was the best decision and is where I hang out most 🤭😂) ✅ Planned a 4th group for the wellness side. I had the concept months ago but have been waiting the right time when I can give it some focus. This will also be a paid group, but as today is World Mental Health day (a cause close to my heart and topic we will be discussing in the new group) I decided to invite my Skool friends and wider community to join today for World Mental Health day.
