Hi! I'm Holly. I'm on a weight loss journey and muscle building journey, i have already lost 50 lbs. I'm newer to the gym (been going for 2 months). I've been using an app for my splits but feel I need help because I'm only working different muscle groups once a week. You're knowledge will be appreciated!

Hi Holly great to have here, that's amazing progress you've made and we can definitely support you further! Body splits can be great but they do tend to lack the frequency needed to continue getting those great results, our weight loss program is designed to hit all major muscle groups several times per week for optimal muscle building, depending on the phase of the program it also has some High intensity training added in which can really support weight loss and muscle gain, feel free to ask us any questions we're here to support you in your training!
