Hi, I'm Dave. I am looking to lose weight and build strength. I did a 6 week challenge previously and had amazing results however between work stress, injuries, and a busy schedule I fell back into bad habits. I recently retired (and became a grandpa to twins) so am hoping to get back on track and be able to maintain results. Gotta keep up with those grandkids! πŸ˜ƒ
