You put out so much content already. I have met some good people on this platform as well a lot of helping hands on here. One of the best places to learn and ask questions. Really appreciate it. I am trying to build up what you have been teaching. I am trying to scale up my real estate investments and been doing ok by my self but it is slow going. I just signed up for a call with one of your team members. Can’t wait to learn more.

That’s awesome. I am attempting my first BRRR and finding it challenging to pick my first one. I’ve been talking with folks who have done it and they are say are only getting 50% loan for the properties. Do you have any experience with this way of doing investing?

@Denise and Stuart MacPherson I sure love the journey you have taken to get to where you are. Me and my wife are at the point where we have rental properties but we have used our own money to get the properties and of course renters to pay for it. I had it all back wards I thought I had to pay off the properties and then acquire the next one. Problem with that is time not enough of it to build more. I will Dm the rest just realized everyone can see this. My wife says I’m to honest and not tell everyone everything. lol I just heard her give me shit and she is not here right now. Lol
Real estate investor software
Hello everyone Trying to decide which is the best software to use to keep records of our rental properties. There sure is a lot of choices out there and it’s difficult to pick the best one. Looking for software to keep track of the rentals we own already. Plus the ones we want to add were we can show profit potential to investors. Would love to know some good recommendations before picking one.

Mi property is good for property management but I needed a software that can also calculate future projects. So I’m using bigger pockets calculators for now they work very well. Until I can find an all in one software. I know keyspire uses a very well put together software but I was told it only works in the US which is strange cause the keyspire guys are Canadian. The search continues.

I didn’t pay the keyspire 20k to find out more. But I will keep digging to find out more.
Many M1 members at the Keyspire Summit
Marcin was a guest speaker at the Keyspire Summit and many of the M1 community were in attendance at the Summit this weekend. I was really nice to connect in person with many we only see online!

Wish I could have been there. I will be at the next one. I took the boot camp about 6 months ago. Very useful. I recommend everyone take it.
