Trying to cut
I’m trying to cut down at the moment and so have been eating in a calorie deficit - but this is making it hard to hit my protein goals as I should be hitting 205 grams of protein a day if I follow the 1g per lb of body weight rule. Is that completely necessary to maintain / build muscle or can you still have success with lower intake.

@ShayMaxx X main struggle is packing enough protein into meals without going over daily calories . I typically do some sort of carbs or fat with my meat in a meal. Great to know I don’t have to go that high though..
