Trying to cut
I’m trying to cut down at the moment and so have been eating in a calorie deficit - but this is making it hard to hit my protein goals as I should be hitting 205 grams of protein a day if I follow the 1g per lb of body weight rule. Is that completely necessary to maintain / build muscle or can you still have success with lower intake.
