Tech Glitch?
Is anyone else having trouble loading the Welcome & Intro video and Lesson 4: Habit Stacking video? I've tried on my laptop and on the Skool app on my phone, and can't get those 2 to play. All the others up to and including Week 1 are working ... ? 🧐

Habit Stacking
This morning I habit stacked. I ordered coffee from my favorite cafe and while I was waiting I breathed through my heart - three times. I reminded myself why I do what I do. Simple. Powerful. How are you doing with it?

Thanks for the reminder, Bruce! I stacked breathing between sips of coffee just now - I feel lighter and brighter. Last night, I journaled after brushing my teeth. I think I’ll chose a different topic tonight, I ended up awake in the middle of the night, ruminating.
