Rest, Refuel, Reconnect: A Weekend for You AND Your Marriage
Take a Weekend for Yourself, Not Away From Your Marriage Ladies, it’s the weekend—a perfect time to recharge, but not at the expense of your relationship. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed or disconnected, taking intentional time for yourself doesn’t have to mean taking time from your marriage. Here’s the truth: a healthy relationship thrives when both partners take care of their individual needs. Whether it’s reading, journaling, painting, or a walk in nature, pour into yourself this weekend so you can pour into your marriage with a full heart. Remember, rest is not running away. It’s refueling so you can step back into the partnership refreshed and ready to love even better. How will you refill your cup this weekend? Share in the comments—I’d love to hear! (This is your gentle nudge to be intentional, even in rest.) -Delyce

@Pearline Campbell That’s an important refuel! Enjoy your Sabbath rest sis💞 I guess I cheat on my Hanukkah decorations; can’t say I’ve ever done them in DIY fashion! 🕎 I really wanted a life size minion standing next to a Menorah but my husband thinks I’m joking! 😆

Becoming the Queen Authority in Your Marriage
Hey Wifey! It’s Wednesday! Let’s Talk About Reparenting 💕
Have you ever heard of the concept of reparenting? It’s powerful! Here’s the truth: No parents, no husbands, and no wives are perfect. But the flaws in our upbringing shape how we process information, how we view ourselves, and how we respond in our marriages today. Reparenting is about taking the areas where you lacked what you needed as a child—whether it was love, validation, or guidance—and giving it to yourself now. It’s about affirming: • “I am OK.” • “I am loved.” • “I recognize the imperfections of the past, but I don’t have to carry them into my future.” When you begin to parent yourself, you not only heal, but you also become a better wife, partner, and person. Take a Moment Today Think about this: • Where did you experience lack or dysfunction in your childhood? • How can you speak to that little girl inside of you with love and reassurance? • What steps can you take to repair her for a healthier, brighter future? When you address these areas, you free yourself from old filters and start showing up as the best version of YOU in your marriage. 💍✨ Let’s heal and grow together, Wifey! Drop your thoughts in the comments—how can you start reparenting yourself today? 💖

@Pearline Campbell It sounds like you’re carrying a lot on your shoulders, and that can feel exhausting. Have an open conversation with your husband about how you’re feeling if you haven’t, if you have and you didn’t feel heard have it again after some prayer for the right approach with a calm, mature Queen’s authority! Sometimes, partners may not realize the extent of the emotional and financial burden you’re managing until it’s discussed. Maybe you can work together to reassess your financial responsibilities and set some shared goals. It’s okay to ask for support and to prioritize your own well-being too. You’re not alone in this, and it’s brave of you to acknowledge how you’re feeling—it’s the first step toward change. If he doesn’t respond in maturity - know that a man without a plan is off track! And a man without a plan is not happy! Don’t bring yourself down to his level! In what kind and loving ways can you speak to the dormant King within him to wake the King up? I’m what ways can you bring joy and remind him of all he has to be grateful for? Finding joy and operating in gratefulness is the key to finding motivation and purpose in our lives. A lost king can find his way again, especially with a wise, strategic, powerful Queen by his side. His ego is fragile, so build it up and he will want to step into the role God designed him for. Do everything in your power with love and kindness, peace and patience and if that doesn’t move him soon enough; God will intervene, because He always does when we as wives do our part the right (righteous) way! 💕 Love you sis! You’re strong enough to manifest the results you want! Stay in prayer and lean on our Father every step of the way! REMEMBER: This is your unique test for a reason! Study the intricacies of your past, present and future knowing that this test is designed specifically as a result of who you have been, who you are now and where you are going… from Kindergarten to College! You got this💪🏼💞
