I'm not sure why anyone would join a referral network and not add a proper photo of their face or bother to complete their profile. Maybe it's because you set up your profile in the midst of doing other things. Perhaps you had trouble uploading your picture. I don't know. What I do know is this. I can't keep people in the group who don't want to be known. That defeats the purpose of the group. We only refer people we trust. Your intentions look shady when your profile is missing components.
