For context, we are looking for typically $1-10M topline, $500,000 + in EBITDA. At least 3 employees and 5 years in business based in the USA or Canada. SF is a major criterion for us 1. Reduces cash up front – so we can go buy more of the businesses you refer to us!! 2. Shows seller confidence in their own business and their estimate of its likelihood of flying when they are not at the helm.
