Thanks @Dave Condinho another great read. You have identified one of the perplexing challenges in todays businerss world. I think we would all agree that budgets are tight and there are always other priorities but there ar ealso attractive and strong ROIS from leadership development and programs to address issues such as employee retention and absenteeism as well as performance and productivity. Once understood how and why LD can improve business performance and profits I believe astute executives will give these needs further considertation. If not I am not sure I like their chances in the years ahead given the rapidly changing landscape in business workplaces, workforce needs, competitive threats , etc
