Hi guys! It’s time to start fresh on my health goals. I’ve been on a path of starting and stopping over and over again to the point where I just got too embarrassed to even start again. I had a long look in the mirror, hugged myself, and realized it’s time to start again with no shame or embarrassment. I’m currently 180 and my first goal is to hit 140 by January. I’m a really busy law student who sits a lot so it’s incredibly hard to get movement in for me. I’ve notice my mental health take a hit with unhealthy eating patterns. Even when I don’t feel like taking care of myself, Kristen does. She constantly checks in and has been letting me know that she is here for me when I am ready to start fresh again. I’m ready to be vulnerable and learn from all you health wizards. Lots of love. Elise
