I like that we are getting additions to the community that have experience. I feel good about that because everyone has a different way to go about their business. New ideas are always good to learn from. I have belonged to a different community for the past year, it is what I needed at the time and I have a lot of new friends from being a member of that group. We had a guest speaker last week at one of our zoom meetings that introduced a new concept that I have heard about but wasn't sure how it worked. I am considering changing my buy and hold strategy to implement this strategy. I feel blessed to have found this community at the time I did, one thing I like is that Eric is truly there to help and he has never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question.
