Understanding Your Pain Points: A Message to Aspiring Entrepreneurs
If you’re in this community, you probably share a vision of building something bigger—creating a business that not only changes your life but impacts others. But let’s talk about the other side of this journey: the pain points. Do any of these sound familiar? • Feeling stuck because you don’t know where to begin. • Overwhelmed by the endless advice online that feels impossible to follow. • Doubting yourself because you don’t feel “qualified” to start. • Fear of failure—worried that no one will buy from you, and your dream will never take off. Here’s the truth: you’re not alone. Every successful entrepreneur you admire has felt these exact emotions at some point. I know I did. But what separates them is this: they didn’t let those feelings stop them. The pain points you feel right now are the seeds of growth. They are the friction that pushes you to learn, to try, and to keep going even when it’s tough. If you’re stuck, ask yourself: • What problem can I solve for others? • What small action can I take today to move forward? • Who in this community can I connect with to find support? The first step isn’t to have it all figured out. The first step is to start. And guess what? You’ve already done that by being here. I created this space for people like you—dreamers ready to take action. Let me know in the comments where you feel stuck right now. Let’s tackle those pain points together. You’ve got this.

Community Spotlight: Liz Sewell – The Woman with Courage
Hey everyone, Today, I’m excited to shine a spotlight on Liz Sewell! Liz is the founder of The Woman with Courage, a coaching business dedicated to empowering women to break through fear, take action, and step into their full potential. Before stepping into entrepreneurship, Liz is a doctor in the UK, where she served others in a traditional setting. But during our first Zoom call, she shared something that caught my attention: Liz felt that she could make an even greater impact on people lives on a deeper level through her entrepreneurial journey. This realization sparked her transition into coaching, where she’s now focused on helping women find their voice and embrace their true potential. Her coaching business is about to take off, and Liz is working on creating diverse offerings like 1:1 coaching, corporate coaching, workshops, retreats, and online masterclasses—making sure there’s something for everyone, no matter where they are in their journey. Liz’s passion and commitment to making a positive change in the lives of others is nothing short of inspiring. Let’s all show her some love and support as she continues to step boldly into this new chapter of her life! Keep rising, Liz—you’re making waves! With pride, Eric Ahmad

How Business Automation Saved My Time and Sanity
12 years ago, I found myself working 14-hour days trying to keep up with the demands of my growing business. I was handling everything—client emails, follow-ups, invoices, social media posts, and even tracking sales manually. It was exhausting, and honestly, I started wondering if running a business was even worth it. Then one day, while venting to a fellow entrepreneur, they asked me a simple question: “Have you ever thought about automating some of this stuff?” I hadn’t, but that conversation sent me down a rabbit hole that completely changed how I operated. I started small—automating email responses for common inquiries. That one change saved me an hour every day. Next, I added a scheduling tool that let clients book appointments without endless back-and-forth emails. From there, I discovered tools that could automate invoicing, organize my workflow, and even schedule social media posts for weeks in advance. The results? My 14-hour workdays turned into 8-hour ones, and I had the bandwidth to focus on growing my business instead of just surviving. The best part? My clients never even noticed the difference—if anything, they were happier because things ran more smoothly. The Lesson? Business automation isn’t about cutting corners; it’s about creating systems that free you to focus on what truly matters. Whether you’re just starting or scaling up, automating repetitive tasks can save you time, money, and sanity. If you’re not automating yet, start today. Trust me—it’s a game-changer. Keep building smarter, Eric Ahmad, Your business coach

How Business Automation Saved My Time and Sanity
The Trap of Success
Hey Business Minds! 👋 I want to share a story today, one that some of you might find hits a little close to home. Picture this: You’ve been pouring everything into your business—sacrificing sleep, weekends, maybe even a few friendships—to get things moving. And now it’s working! The clients are finally lining up, the money is flowing, and your calendar is packed. It feels like everything you’ve worked so hard for is here. But here’s where things get tricky. As the workload grows, so does the pressure. You’re trying to keep up with all the demands, and maybe you’re even taking on extra because it’s what you think successful people do. Soon, though, you’re so busy handling clients and projects that you barely have time to breathe, much less enjoy what you’ve built. You feel like you’re sprinting on a treadmill, and instead of feeling empowered, it’s wearing you down. That’s what I call the trap of success. We hustle for freedom, but we end up feeling trapped by our own hard work. I’ve been there myself—getting caught up in the grind, thinking I had to keep saying “yes” to every opportunity, every new client, every project. I thought, “This is what successful people do.” But I learned the hard way that success without balance just leads to burnout. So I want to remind you all: don’t be afraid to pause. Set boundaries that work for you, take a day off, say “no” sometimes. The real goal isn’t just hitting a certain income or client count—it’s building a life and business that gives you freedom and fulfillment. Have any of you felt like this before? How are you managing your time and setting boundaries? Let’s share some tips and support each other so we all keep moving forward without falling into the trap.
