new test - when someone accepts connection request.
I'm running a new test - when someone accepts my connection request, I now send a message thanking them for connecting + then offering them a lead magnet (video)... with a soft ending in the message in case they aren't interested in it. Never done this before. Curious to see how it goes.

Interesting to see this, usually when someone accepts a request I tend to send something like: "Hi [name] - [very specific compliment]. How’s LinkedIn lead-gen going for you - you doing well?" As it keeps it personalised but also direct @Dave Miz

Cold Outreach For LinkedIn
Hey Team, been testing out some cold outreach for LinkedIn over the last 35 days with a cold offer approach, have had a 5% positive response rate. For reference I'm already doing warm outreach and am testing cold. My approach is pretty simple, I find prospects from sales nav, then send a message like this: "Hey NAME, awesome to see you're X years into your biz, congrats! By the way if you're struggling to sign clients with LinkedIn... I've got a short video on the 3 steps Founders can take to sign their next 3 clients from LinkedIn, should I share it with you?" As a way of offering something free, curious to know if anyone else is doing cold outreach on LinkedIn and what you're doing.

Outbound: Tips and experiences
Hey everyone! Wanted to make my first post and ask you all about your experiences with outbound. I'm considering sending connection requests to prospect, and then asking them if they'd like to have a free resource that's valuable in their sector (eCom). Have you guys tried any similar tactic? What's working for you? I also saw the great results from @Dave Miz which seem related to your DM strategy @Tim Keen. I was wondering: Is the part about DM covered in the courses we can find here, Tim? Thank you in advance😊

So I've sent been doing a cold free offer approach and have had a 5% positive response rate, getting better results from warm conversations. Haven't been personalising cold messages so might be worth doing @Caterina Mariani

Dripify results - Update
Looking over my dripify results (see attached screenshot).... I'm still not thrilled with what I'm seeing. Been running this current campaign since Sept 25. My list, even with a TON of exclusions, is STILL filled with non ICP folks. Which is driving me fucking crazy. I have SO MANY exclusions in the SN search. I don't feel like i'm sending 20 connection requests a day either. Which is my goal. This is a bottleneck for growing Linkedin and improving engagement. Time to start looking for another solution. Doing it manually might be more accurate, but it takes a LOT more time.

@Dave Miz Ah okay, that's a good list size (Replygrow puts it to about the same number too). Happy to take a look at your sales nav list and see if there's anything I'd change?
Linkedin Outreach
I was sending FREE messages to open profile and was booking 3-5 calls per week but now I guess there's a limit to free messages you can send even with premium profile It was personalized message -> free resource -> 15min call but now its only connection request -> nurturing -> 15min call What outreach you find best for LINKEDIN?

This is interesting, how many outreaches do you send a day? Have been testing 50 cold outreaches every day for the past 30 days (been offering free value too). I don't personalise mine, are you getting good responses with personalisation @Hamza Farooq ?
