Hi! I’m Ellie and I moved to Colorado recently from Indiana. Healthcare here is significantly better for women than it is Indiana, so I’m thankful to be here. I was diagnosed with pmdd when I was 19 and for 6 years I have been trying to figure it all out. Hoping this community will help me learn: 1. How to manage my extreme mood swings 2. Help build a bridge of understanding between me and my partner 3. Motivate me to research and explore more about female mental and physical health 🫶🏻 I love my three kitties, nature, and thrifting!
