Hello from Maine
Hi, my name is Emily. I live in Maine, and I’m excited to be a part of this community because I am relieved to connect with other women that know/understand the emotional pain of PMDD, I no longer feel alone. I’m looking to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Learn coping mechanisms that others find useful. 2. Learn how others talk to their partners about their struggles and engage their support instead of pushing them away. 3. Make new friends! For fun, I like to do these 3 things: 1. Hike! 2. Paddle Board 3. Cuddle my doggy

hello!
Hello everyone, my name is Arina! I’m from South Pasadena, CA but recently moved to New Hampshire to start medical school. Similarly to what Jes said, I’m excited to be a part of this community because experiencing PMDD alone can be very lonely. I’m looking to get these 3 things from the community: 1. Learning how to cope with PMDD in the midst of the business of life when we may not always have the luxury to drop everything to rest & care for ourselves. 2. Learning to fully accept and embrace my emotions without shame or guilt. 3. Feeling a sense of community, support, and validation listening to other people’s PMDD experiences. For fun, I like to do these 3 things: 1. Take walks 2. Watch movies 3. Boulder
