I made a goal of this past month to run everyday and I did that starting from 2nd!! I managed to run 100 miles again for the month of September!!!

Goal for October will be to run everyday again and this time go for 150miles!!
Why is getting fit important to you?
If you don't truly want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably not. Inverting this: if you really DO want something, would you put up with discomfort to get it? Probably. We are all here for more or less the same reasons: build muscle, grow in self-confidence, and become better versions of ourselves. But why are achieving those outcomes actually important to you? Why do you really want to get fit?

I want to get fit because I want a healthy lifestyle. I want to still be able to run marathons once I get past 50, that is my ultimate goal as well as to qualify for Boston marathon one day!!
End of the month
Hey guys, throughout this month I have been putting in the work by running and finished the month with 100 miles!!! I ran 8 miles this morning to finally achieve it so it was a pretty successful month!!!

Hey guys, my name is Henry and I am 25 years old! I live in Gainesville and studying at UF. I have ran 9 marathons so I love running and currently calisthenics!! My goal is to loose weight and create more muscle!
