REMEBER : "BELIEVE IN YOURSELF"
For any of you who may be struggling a bit or having any self doubt, loads of challenges and/or self sabotage going on. One thing I recall as quite useful from earlier coaching, (and hope may provide some light for even just one of you......) Sit down quietly and become present. Think of a time in your future belonging... you are the fit, energetic and health age of 80 and their is plenty more left in the tank. All areas of your life are in complete harmony, a solid 10 out of 10. You are sitting in your house when you hear a knock at the front door. You go to the door and find the chief editor of of the most popular newspaper in your town, standing there. The chief editor has come to do a front page article on you because of how successful you are and the incredible life you have lived so far. The chief editor asks you to describe the results you have managed to create in the different areas of life that are important to you, like career & business, health & wellbeing, partner, wealth, personal growth & spirituality, home & lifestyle items, friends & family. The chief editor then asks you the same question, five times. "So please tell me what is it like being an incredibly successful ..............." (enter whatever the most successful you is …. eg, the most successful mother or father, friend, business person, partner, whatever the most success in your life is for you). You go through the interview and answer all of the journalists questions. and then you realise, as a big smile appears across your face, that you are already that and that it was you that showed up for you and made it all happen. Why ? Because you deserve it, you are valued and you found your true belonging. To refer to Jason's teachings and his community, "Pave Your Way to Freedom", time is precious and your time is the greatest thing we can give, so free yourself from yourself and value you and your time. Believe in you and believe in the amazing things you are doing every day. And to take a quote out of Dan Millman's first book, The Way of The Peaceful Warrior, "There are no mistakes" and "the only thing we ever really have, is this moment." Believe, Believe, Believe... and it shall happen. We can have all the knowledge in the world, but when that knowledge is applied, only then does it become true wisdom.
