Cooking Oils
These oils in Red are toxic trash which cause the most inflammation. Ditch these today to help decrease inflammation. Linolic acid is highly toxic & inflammatory. Heart disease & C has increased greatly since these have been used.

It's so annoying...sunflower oil, which one would think would be healthy, is in soooo many things! Even the organic products I wanna buy. WHY do they do this?? I really hope that Kennedy will truly up-end our FDA and make our food healthy again. So tired of always having to read tiny print labels since we can't trust what's written on the bag or box.

Todays Poll
It is possible you could become a part of my research. Please help me by completing some questions for my medical research.I am currently gathering data and conducting research. I kindly request only sincere responses to the following questions, pleasedo read all questions. This is medical related: 1. Would you ever use the incorrect fuel for your vehicle? 2. Would you ever use the incorrect oil for your vehicle? 3. Do you regularly replace or clean your vehicle's filters? 4. Do you service your vehicle annually? 5. Have you ever seen a store selling replacement parts for broken vehicle engines? Now, please imagine your mouth as a fuel cap and your bodily organs as engine parts. With this in mind, please take a moment to answer the following questions: 1. Would you ever consume inappropriate food for your body's engine? 2. Would you ever consume low-quality oil for your body's engine? 3. Do you detoxify or cleanse your body's filter (liver)? 4. Do you ever give your child inappropriate food for their body's engine? 5. Would you ever use low-quality oil for your child's body/engine? Final questions: 1. Do you value your body as much as you value your vehicle? 2. Have you ever seen a store selling replacement parts for broken human body parts? The significance of this post is profound. It represents a serious research study I am conducting. While the post serves multiple purposes, its primary function is to contribute to my research. To facilitate data collection, I will be including a form for completion. Your participation and feedback are greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Sincerely, Renee Mohr @everyone #Mohr Natural #mohrnatural #ResearchChallenge

Food Shortages
Food shortages are here. This information is to educate & empower you so you & your families can be ready. Plant a fall garden in plant containers, garden beds, vertical towers. Oregano, basil, thyme, parsley, cilantro, are invasive plants, I recommend 1-3 plants per container. These grow quickly so you will have them on hand.

@Renee Mohr I have outdoor and indoor porches but not much room inside although I could possibly make it fit in. There is a stacking system that uses dirt and compost, but it's also pricey and I got nervous after reading some experiences and issues with the compost part. I love the idea of composting all-in-one, but if it didn't work out it'd be a big financial loss and I've had enough of those.

@Renee Mohr No room for pots. I just want one system that is indoor/outdoor. I'll keep searching, thanks...
Rife SALE OCTOBER!
I have spoke a little about the Rife Machine! The GB4000 was the closest one designed by Raymond Rife. This machine puts out specific frequencies for different ailments. These frequencies were seen under microscope in the 1920’s & 1930’s. Message me for information. I have news for those with question about the RIFE MACHINE. Who is interested in a zoom call about this?
