Building strength in key muscle groups—like your core, legs, and back—helps you hit longer drives and maintain control throughout the game. Join me for weight training sessions every Sunday at Just Play Golf 🏋️‍♂️. Can’t make it in person? No worries! I’ll be recording the workouts so you can follow along from home. Let’s get stronger and elevate your golf game! 📅 Sundays 📍 Just Play Golf 📹 Workout recordings available 💬 Drop a comment or DM me to join! Let's crush it together!

Mine is about 40 minutes, a few stretches if I feel the need after a drive or do them in the morning I start off putting, get a feel for the greens about 10-15 minutes Chipping then for 10 minutes Irons and upto driver in the net 15 minutes Few more putts for a couple of minutes, short (6footers) sink a couple to get the speed and confidence Then go!

I would say at least 20 minutes so you can spend 10 minutes putting and 10 minutes loosening up. It feels like ages on the putting green, but long putts dials in the pace, shorter putts raises the confidence

For me it’s relaxing. Just trying to remember I’m out there and having fun. I’ve struggled with score being tense over shots and particularly putts. We play cos it’s fun, have fun!
