Which one are you choosing?
Path A or Path B - Path A: Scrape by to maintain comfort. - Path B: Sacrifice comfort to build wealth, skills, and a life of impact. Path B is harder at first, but it’s where you become who you’re meant to be.

Finding REAL
Reconnecting to Yourself: Most people don’t change because they’ve lost connection to themselves. We’re so addicted to consumption, we don’t give ourselves time to think. When you honor yourself, you come from a different place of strength—for yourself and others. Most people have lost connection to themselves. They’ve been living everyone else’s plans and agendas. When you lose connection to your own thoughts, feelings, desires, and dreams—you lose yourself. Connection to Self To reconnect, you must: - Pray. - Meditate. - Take an ice bath. - Worship. - Go for a walk. - Workout. The key is finding time for yourself and listening to yourself. The Problem: We consume endlessly—scrolling, swiping, blasting content through our ears for hours. Psychologists recommend journaling because it creates a shift. It helps you learn yourself. You cannot know yourself, let alone become a better version of yourself, if you’re not listening to yourself. Ask Yourself: Where are you listening to yourself? For many, it’s only on New Year’s Eve when they’re drunk, or for five minutes on their birthday. But what if your real, present, authentic self is trying to speak right now? The Swipe Mode Era All we’re doing is stuffing our brains with noise. - In swipe mode, you’re not thinking—you’re reacting. Real change takes: - Time alone. - Quiet. - Intentional reflection. Even Einstein sat in silence to think deeply, solving problems that changed the universe. You want to build wealth? You want to grow? You won’t get there without taking time to just think. The Challenge In your schedule, where’s your block of thinking time? When you block out time to connect with yourself, you: - Honor yourself. - Make bold moves. - Take courageous action. This is how you stop bouncing between distractions and get centered. Connecting Beyond Self Once you’ve connected to yourself, go beyond: - Pray. - Meditate. - Spend time in nature. This combination gives you clarity.

CARRY THE STANDARD: 10 CONCEPTS
Honor your father and mother. - Keep your space clean. - Do the dishes. - Make your parents dinner. - Take care of them now. - Be the man now. - Steward the property now. - Build your assets now. - Grow your money now. - Build the empire now. And in 10 years, you’ll look back and say, “I did this for them.” When you’re 31, what do you want to be looking back on? For me, I want to look back on the wealth I planted for my mom and dad. I want to tell my dad: “It’s okay. You can relax now. Take a breather. Drive your Jeep, race drones, make videos by the beach.” And I want to tell my mom: “Sit in your rocking chair. Read your favorite book. Sip your coffee, watching the sunrise from the front porch of your cottage on the water in Maine.” ______________________________________ But here’s the thing: You must look at the actions you’re taking right now, every day. Ask yourself: - What habits are creating poverty? - What habits are sowing division? - What habits are poisoning relationships? Are you being the responsible adult who’s owning his life? - Owning your finances. - Owning your body. - Owning your influence. - Owning your skills. Or are you just leaving them to chance? ______________________________________ Change Happens in the Micro Disciplines: If you want to get jacked and lean, there are specific factors you must account for consistently: - Drink enough water. - Train hard 3-4x a week. - Condition your aerobic system 1-3x a week. - Stretch every night. - Prime your body every morning. - Bulletproof your joints with mobility work. - Eat sufficient protein daily. - Consume micronutrients through whole foods. - Time and control caffeine intake. - Manage stimulation habits. - Modulate stress. - Monitor biofeedback. - Go to bed on time. - Cut off screens on time. - Cut off work on time. It seems like a lot, but it’s not one big secret. It’s a layer of habits built around one keystone habit: going to the gym. Everything else flows from that.

Everyday but not eternal
Every day the pain hits. Every day you get harder. That run doesn’t get “easier” or “shorter” - you become harder, faster, stronger, more conditioned–more calloused to the everyday process of winning. However, the long term process of becoming hard NOW will make your life easy. It’s not that you won’t face bigger giants, you will just have already overcome the hardest part—the first mountain.

AT LEAST TRY.
When you get to your deathbed, you’re going to think about those goals. You’ll either know you did your absolute best to reach them, or you’ll know they’re still inside you. There’s a dream planted inside you. At least try. Because what else are you going to do? Sit around and wait for someone to give you permission? Wait for someone to hand you the platform, the tools, the help, the support, the access to achieve your goals? Wait for someone to open the doors and give you all the opportunities? Even if you had all the opportunities, no one is going to do the work for you. We live in a world of infinite opportunities, overwhelming options. But you don’t get to keep all the options. You only get now. You don’t get tomorrow. You don’t get yesterday back. You don’t know how many cards you’ve got left. Are you betting on that dream—or playing it safe, trying to protect what you already have? One day, you’ll wake up and think: Damn, why didn’t I just try? The truth is, you don’t even know what’s possible. When you stop asking hard questions and stop seeking new information, you stop living on the frontier. You stay stuck in the limits of your current knowledge, ideas, beliefs, and opinions—which, by the way, are probably wrong. The bigger you think you are, the smaller your perimeter of knowledge. When your knowledge grows, your frontier expands. The unknowns increase. And the truth? You don’t know. You just don’t know. But you will regret not trying. When you lay your head down tonight, you won’t regret saying no to video games. You won’t regret saying no to toxic relationships. You won’t regret saying no to partying every night, wasting your time, or destroying your body. What you will regret is not chasing your passion. Not learning how to train. Not building that clothing line, that business, or that dream. Not getting that specialization, certificate, or skill. Not diving into that field you care about. Not introducing yourself. Not applying.
