CARRY THE STANDARD: 10 CONCEPTS
Honor your father and mother.
  • Keep your space clean.
  • Do the dishes.
  • Make your parents dinner.
  • Take care of them now.
  • Be the man now.
  • Steward the property now.
  • Build your assets now.
  • Grow your money now.
  • Build the empire now.
And in 10 years, you’ll look back and say, “I did this for them.”
When you’re 31, what do you want to be looking back on?
For me, I want to look back on the wealth I planted for my mom and dad.
I want to tell my dad: “It’s okay. You can relax now. Take a breather. Drive your Jeep, race drones, make videos by the beach.”
And I want to tell my mom: “Sit in your rocking chair. Read your favorite book. Sip your coffee, watching the sunrise from the front porch of your cottage on the water in Maine.”

But here’s the thing:
You must look at the actions you’re taking right now, every day.
Ask yourself:
  • What habits are creating poverty?
  • What habits are sowing division?
  • What habits are poisoning relationships?
Are you being the responsible adult who’s owning his life?
  • Owning your finances.
  • Owning your body.
  • Owning your influence.
  • Owning your skills.
Or are you just leaving them to chance?

Change Happens in the Micro Disciplines:
If you want to get jacked and lean, there are specific factors you must account for consistently:
  • Drink enough water.
  • Train hard 3-4x a week.
  • Condition your aerobic system 1-3x a week.
  • Stretch every night.
  • Prime your body every morning.
  • Bulletproof your joints with mobility work.
  • Eat sufficient protein daily.
  • Consume micronutrients through whole foods.
  • Time and control caffeine intake.
  • Manage stimulation habits.
  • Modulate stress.
  • Monitor biofeedback.
  • Go to bed on time.
  • Cut off screens on time.
  • Cut off work on time.
It seems like a lot, but it’s not one big secret. It’s a layer of habits built around one keystone habit: going to the gym. Everything else flows from that.

Wealth Is the Same:
If you want to become wealthy (even if you feel stuck and broke right now), micro disciplines still apply:
  • Save more than you spend.
  • Invest in assets, not liabilities.
  • Increase leverage with high-income skills.

Strong Relationships Are Built the Same Way:
They don’t happen overnight. They’re fostered through consistent, deliberate actions:
  • Go for that coffee.
  • Check in consistently.
  • Add value to their lives.
  • Hold them accountable to their goals.
  • Be transparent and vulnerable.
  • Show up, even when you don’t feel like it.
  • Learn their love language and show care in ways they’ll feel.

Responsibility Looks the Same:
If you want to be responsible, it starts small:
  • Clean your room—and keep it clean.
  • Pay your bills on time.
  • Clean up after your messes.
  • Leave things better than you found them.
  • Pick up trash.
  • Manage your assets with intention.

The Reality of Success:
In anything you want to succeed at, deliberate practice is required.
It always starts with clarity.
The change won’t happen overnight.
You’re either gradually building up or gradually breaking down.

Success in any field requires:
  • Clarity of vision.
  • Discipline in action.
  • Consistency in execution.
But these habits must still be completed.
You must discipline yourself. You must obey the standard of success.
If you want success, you must carry its standards.
Most people say they want success, but they’re not ready for the responsibility and expectations that come with it.

Prepare Now:
Success comes when you’re ready.
But readiness isn’t passive—you train for it.
You train before you’re qualified. You train before you’re equipped.
The opportunity will come.
But you’ll only capitalize on it if you’ve prepared—if you’ve closed the gaps day by day.

Challenge:
Start now.
Ask yourself:
  • What’s one area I can own today?
  • What’s one habit I can master this week?
  • What’s one courageous move I can take to close the gap?
Stack those wins.
Gradual improvement leads to exponential results.
It’s time to close the gap.
